I’d ordered 2 rev F boards more than 1.5 months back through the link on the website Tympan Rev F and there’s no news with the tracking of this. I tried reaching out to contact@tympan.org and didn’t get a response. I also tried reaching out on twitter but apparently the account doesn’t accept dms. The tracking shows usps departed from the airport in new york on december 4th. Since then there’s been no update.
Hi there just an update. The package moved but now it’s stuck in customs and I’m not able to figure out a way to get this bit moving so I can get my tympan quite soon. I actually need it quite quick now for the project. I hope this tympan doesn’t get returned to the sender or something. We are very reliant on this for our project right now. Fingers crossed.
Nevermind. I managed to figure out the way to clear customs. It’s funny that I wasn’t notified about this by email. Looks like USPS handed it over to Posti Finland and they didn’t have any record transmitted to me for the updates regarding this clearance. I had to manually clear it myself. Have a great week.

With postal shipments, I really don’t have much control after it leaves the US.
I don’t think we’ve ever shipped to Finland before.
